Javier Navas Quintet: The quintet led by Javier Navas, one of the leaders of the vibraphone in Spain, represents a visit to an authentic jazz repertoire full of modernity. The group formed by Juan Galiardo on piano, Bori Albero on double bass, Dani Dominguez on drums and Enrique Oliver on tenor saxophone; has created its own language that draws from jazz, smooth, or neo-soul. With their new recording work, “La revolució”, they respond to a cry of listening, a vital self-affirmation sought in the music itself and in Javier’s life and personal experiences.
Autòctone: Formation that makes a cross between Valencian culture, through our language, and jazz. The music of the trumpeter Pepe Zaragoza merges with the verses of Valencian writers to give way to “Sons de Rhapsoda”, a concert with a stylistic diversity that embraces from rock to flamenco, passing through the avant-garde sounds of contemporary jazz.
