Nothing in life is easy or comes without effort, and the protagonists of Orquesta Terrestre, a film full of humour and music, know a lot about this. It is based on the book ‘Orkestra Lurtarra’, written by Harkaitz Cano, winner of the Euskadi Prize, and now has its own soundtrack.
Manu, as a child, fell platonically in love with the great pianist Stella Panini and his dream is to meet her. But Manu, as well as being a dreamer with capital letters, is also misunderstood, an outsider who goes his own way, starting with the peculiarity of his instrument, which is none other than the broom… This does not stop him from creating a peculiar orchestra.
The characters and the relationships and adventures they will experience in their quest for success perfectly portray society: the dreamer; the lustful and arrogant manager; the romantics, the know-it-all Aldika and the mischievous Osoki; and a goat called President.
